Kristina Kruzan is a doula, childbirth educator and henna artist living in Bremerton, WA. She believes every birth is an important journey for each family to take together, and focuses on being in awareness of each moment, rather than on specific outcomes.

As your doula, Kristina will help you understand all of your options, offer suggestions, be a compassionate ear when things change or support is needed. She works for the couple, not just the laboring woman- so that the partner can participate as they wish, and the mother can have her needs met in labor.

As an educator, Kristina treats her students as parents, and not as encyclopedias of birth information. Her classes examine birth from four perspectives: the mother, the father, the baby and our culture. Discussion and exploration of several topics help expectant parents walk the labyrinth of birth in confidence.  Her classes are alive, organic and flowing.
