Bring your baby (6 weeks to 18 months) for some Mommy and Me Yoga! Recover from your pregnancy, increase your endurance and stamina and improve your and your baby's mood with yoga! You also get to meet other new moms! Enjoy spending an hour or two hanging out with your baby every week! If you haven't ever done yoga, don't worry - our classes are great for beginners!
Mondays from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Tuesdays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Thursdays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am
NO CLASSES Sept. 5. Our FINAL class is Sept. 22
Please bring water, a yoga mat, a blanket for your baby and wear comfortable clothing. You can pay below through PayPal or before the class (checks or cash only please). Click here to find our location!
